These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) govern your use of our website located at https://www.bag.work/ (collectively referred to as the “Service”).
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our web pages. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreements”). SubscriptionsCertain parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (“Billing Cycle”) based on your subscription plan. Your Subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel your Subscription through your online account or by contacting team@bag.work.

A valid payment method is required for Subscriptions. You must provide accurate billing information, and you authorize BAG to charge all Subscription fees to your payment method. If automatic billing fails, BAG may terminate your access to the Service.6. Free TrialBAG may offer a Free Trial for Subscriptions at its discretion. If you sign up for a Free Trial, you may need to enter billing information. You will not be charged until the Free Trial ends. On the last day of the Free Trial, unless you cancel, you will be automatically charged for the Subscription.7. Fee ChangesBAG reserves the right to modify Subscription fees. You will be given reasonable prior notice of any changes. Continued use of the Service after the fee change constitutes your agreement to the new fees.8. RefundsRefunds for purchases will be issued within 45 days of the original purchase date.9. ContentThe Service allows you to post and share content (“Content”). You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of the Content you post. By posting Content, you grant BAG a license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content. BAG reserves the right to monitor and remove Content.10. Prohibited UsesYou may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service:

• In violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• To exploit or harm minors.
• To send unsolicited advertising or promotional material.
• To impersonate BAG, its employees, or other users.

Additionally, you must not:
